Please note that our Early Access Waitlist is currrently not accepting new applications, as we plan to reformat how it works.
What is the Early Access Waitlist?
As Synera is still in development, we’re intentionally limiting the number of servers that can access the service while gradually expanding availability. This approach helps us manage issues effectively, avoid overwhelming support demand, continue building new features, and still give users access so we can gather valuable feedback.Requirements to join
- The server must have 25 or more members.
- The server must have more than 5 but no more than 25 staff members.
- The server must be considered safe for work.
- You must be the owner of the server.
- The server must have a defined/coherrent staff hierarchy (structure).
Expectations of a server with Early Access
As a server with Early Access, Synera has numerous expectations of you which you must comply with in order to remain in the program. Some examples are listed below.- Submit a feedback survey within 2 weeks of every feature drop.
- Remain consistent and active.
- Any major changes to a servers’ purpose or activity must be reported to us via the support page on the user dashboard.
- Ensure Synera always has an active invite to your server.
- All servers that are a member of this program must maintain an active, non-expiring invite link to the server.
- In the event that the one submitted in your request expires, you are expected to provide us with a new one within 7 days.
- This is necessary so we can ensure continued compliance with the requirements, expectations and policies outlined on this page.
