By joining the Early Access Program or submitting a request through our waitlist, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following policy. This policy applies to all Early Access participants, including server owners and any individuals who have access to a Hub assigned to an Early Access server.

1. Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Participation in the Early Access Program is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By applying or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these documents.

2. Early Access is not guaranteed

Submitting a request to the Early Access waitlist does not guarantee acceptance.
Synera reviews requests based on eligibility requirements, program capacity, server suitability, and internal criteria. Synera may accept or deny applications at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility requirements

To qualify for Early Access, servers must meet (and continue to meet) the following minimum criteria:
  • The server must have 25 or more members.
  • The server must have more than 5 but no more than 25 staff members.
  • The server must be considered safe for work.
  • You must be the owner of the server submitting the request.
  • The server must have a defined and coherent staff hierarchy.
Synera may request verification or clarification for any of these requirements at any time.

4. Ongoing expectations for Early Access servers

Servers that have been granted Early Access must remain compliant with the program’s expectations. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Feedback & activity

  • A feedback survey must be submitted within 2 weeks of every feature drop.
  • Servers must remain reasonably active and consistent in purpose.
  • Any major changes to a server’s purpose, activity level, ownership, or structure must be reported to Synera via the support page on the user dashboard.
  • Servers must maintain an active, non-expiring invite link to allow Synera to verify compliance.
  • If an invite link expires or becomes invalid, a new one must be provided within 7 days of Synera notifying you.
  • Failure to maintain a valid invite may result in suspension or removal from Early Access.

5. Fair Usage

Participants must use Synera responsibly and in good faith. This includes avoiding:
  • Misuse of the platform or its features
  • Attempting to circumvent limitations
  • Any behaviour that may disrupt the experience of other users or negatively affect Synera systems
Synera may enforce temporary or permanent restrictions if usage is deemed abusive or harmful.

6. Removal from the program

Synera reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a participant from the Early Access Program and/or waitlist at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to):
  • Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements
  • Failing to respond to required communications (e.g., updated invites)
  • Not submitting required feedback
  • Abuse of features, systems, or staff
  • Breach of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or this policy
Removal may occur without prior notice.

7. Changes to the program

Synera may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Early Access Program at any time.
Changes to this policy will be communicated, and continued participation after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
