We have a system in place that allows us to quickly and easily remove users from our early access waitlist. This system is in place to protect us from individuals with malicious intent.

Why have I been removed from the waitlist?

Some possible reasons for your removal from the Early Access Waitlist include…
  • You attempted to misuse our services.
  • You violated our Terms of Service or Early Access Policy.
  • You did not respect that our service is in very early stages of development and is not yet completed.
  • You attempted to abuse our services or cause downtime.

What happens now I’ve been removed?

Being removed from Early Access Waitlist doesn’t have lasting consequences, as removals are not permanent. However, you will need to be reapproved for the program and will lose your place on the waitlist. In rare cases, our team may of decided to blacklist you from reapplying for the program. If this is the case, you will not receive any notice and will still be able to join the waitlist, however your request will not be accepted. To determine if you are blacklisted from the program or to appeal a blacklist, please email us at admin@synera.app.
