Synera reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
The Service, including all software, code, designs, graphics, and other content created for Synera, is owned by synera.app and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. synera.app’s name and logo are trademarks of synera.app. You may not use these trademarks, or any other content from the Service, without our prior written consent.
Synera may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice or cause. Upon termination, you will not be permitted to continue using the service. If terminated, you agree that you will continue to abide by our generalized provinces, such as our limitations of liability, indemnification or governing law sections.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to resell our services and products. This may include, but is not limited to, videos, images, announcements, subscriptions and other paid products offered by Synera.

Synera reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Synera regarding the use of our service. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If other versions of this agreement exist in other languages, you also agree that the English version of this agreement will always prevail in case of a dispute.
