Synera uses numerous different terms to describe each aspect of the service, which are all detailed below.| Term | Description |

| Hub | This refers to each servers management page, with tools to allow you to track employee leave, activity, payroll and assignments, as well as create and publish applications, training courses and more. |
| Dashboard | This refers to each users personal page, which contains news (from both Synera itself and hubs that you are a member of), a hub selection menu (which allows you to open hubs you are a member of and user settings (including theming, privacy/security settings and more). |
